High
speed QA and production test for
small displays

The
QuickTestTM
II
performs rapid statistical
Qualification and QC testing on cell
phone displays,
hand-held displays, and other small
format LCD and OLED displays.
QuickTestTM
II
is a
successor to our QuickTest

QuickTestTM
II
Benefits: In the past, Qualification
and QC testing of small displays
often involved a dark room
laboratory with laboratory
instruments mounted on home-made
fixtures. The testing was labor
intensive and took too long to
acquire significant statistical
data. This has resulted in very long
test times for qualification testing
and very limited QC testing.
Now, QuickTestTM
II
makes rapid qualification testing
and statistical QC testing possible!
QuickTestTM
II
provides an entire dark room
laboratory in a box. QuickTestTM
II
can be used on the production line
or in the lab and the typical test
time is less than 30 seconds per
display. The QuickTestTM
II
software performs Pass/Fail testing
and calculates statistical process
parameters, such as Cpk, while
logging all test data to a database.

not well documented or
supported, yet are crucial
to driving the display |

Test time |
Manual
measurements result in very
long test times (often 1
hour or more) |
Typical test
time is less than 30
seconds. |
|
Repeatability |
Very
difficult with manual
measurements |
Controlled
instrument alignment, known
display drive, accurate
instruments, and light-safe
environment result in highly
repeatable measurements.
