Topcon SR-NIR
Near Infrared Spectroradiometer
The SR-NIR Spectroradiometer can measure spectral distribution in the near infrared range (600nm – 1030nm). The four standard apertures (2° / 1° / 0.2° / 0.1°) are automatically selectable by the control panel or through the USB / RS-232 remote interfaces allowing you to optimize the measurement spot size (also a function of working distance) and the minimum measurable luminance level (larger apertures can measure lower levels).
Features
Measure near-infrared spectral distribution
Measure spectral distribution from 600nm to 1030nm
Four apertures available
Four (4) apertures 0.1°/0.2°/1°/2° enable you to measure from small to wide area without attachment lens
Applications
Near infrared spectral region from flat panel displays such as LCDs and OLEDs and various light sources
Measure transmission characteristics of film in near-infrared spectral region
